Human

O human! O human!
I once praised you
Our ancestors sang
Us to sleep
your legends and deeds.

O human! O human!
You were my superhero
But I am grown up now
And I now believe
you do not exist .

O human! O human!
Did you get lost ?
Somewhere in sand dunes
Or merry go round .
Or escaped to another land?

O human! O human!
I see rage and mutiny
all around .
Trees are dead and
Now they are killing
Their own kind .

O human! O human!
Is it the end
Or will you come back ?

Lullaby

I dream in dreams
And breathe in them
Like air never got lost
I hold them within
Water shines bright blue
Under the light of Moon
Like a rubber boat
I float in them
I count fireflies
As you sing to me
The lullaby of stars
I breathe and go back to sleep

I dream in dreams
To wake up, in the lullaby you sing
Under the shadow of the dandelion
Over the velvet of green , a cliff or a hill
Gush of wind lifts us up
Slowly we build up our air balloon
Your Lullaby takes us to stars afar
To watch them build and fall apart
The words you sing
I put them on string
And together we weave
an another dream ....

Collision

She scrutinized the words she wrote
Deciphering the little notes
Of the clouds that didn't say much
Until today

"Through whispers of clouds
It's a say
When heavens collide it rains "

A heavy gush of wind walked across
When a familiar voice struck her ears

Breaking through the smoke of wonders
A rain drop landed on her eye's corner

There she was breathing every word
As it dissolved slowly in murmurs of the rain drops
Watching him come closer
struggling with an umbrella under heaven's  collision...

October

Those leaves have started
To part the beloved hands
With gentle blows of the wind
To lay on the  ground
And soak under
The gentleness of the sun

The benevolent souls
Will cherish the soft chirps
beneath their feet
As they run into the arms
Of the love coming home

And how I wish to stay
Amidst the air of autumn
Sleeping as it chants in my ear
The lullabies I had forgotten
Oh ! October has finally come ..

Hunter

I know my eyes wouldn't sleep
Like the knights on night's keep
To be vigilant for the hush in trees
As we play hide and seek

Sometimes a little Nightingale do sing
As I sneak  into the woods
About the lost love she weep
Watching my knife bleed

I hear some noises closer to mine
An afraid deer or a hunter's sigh ?
But the nights keep crawling
And I walk to hunt down
Before it's too late
Too late to walk back home..

Reborn

Out of the ashes
of the morbid wooden box
catching for the breath
lit up
and the winds I heard
was now clearer .
As the ashes met the ground
and like magic
The Box was gone .
In recital of the words
of the wind
I were reborn .....

What you have done

Look what you have done
that Earth shivers
to tell .
The cry beneath
comes to wash away

Kind of yours has forgotten
the mercy , devoured.
Matchsticks flicker
to burn the live,
you live for once

The stars are burning in rage
And so our pity souls
The clouds weep
when burdened with
letters  they carry on

Look what you have done
There's no where left
to run when trees are going to fall

That Home

The sun grew big
As my eyes rolled
Through a tiny glass pane
Over my broken window

My dreams , my sleep it lifted
On the clouds that floated
Above my head
As I followed the Temple 's road

On way back home
My papa taught
The fields grow fast
If you rain them right

Silver came shining
On my garden rose
Guiding my footsteps
As I dangled to it close

My mamma did sing
Songs of the gone
While the sleep
Caught me ,
Rubbing me in her arms

In light of the fireworks that
showed up years ago
Can someone find me
that home.

That Home

The speaker

I see the words perplexed
Upon the stage yet to set
Before the curtains lift up
I wander in those corners
Picking them up in lines
Weaving over the empty space
Filling the voids to amaze
And slowly I ll whisper in your ears
The tales I never told
To call upon the souls within
And write the stories again ...

Catching colors

Over the bubbles of sand
I tip toed
Catching the colors in rows
As the clouds melted in the air
I breath
In awe of the setting sun
Pouring  colors from clouds on run
Like a painting dissolving
in it's own tears
Drenching in it's red and blue
I tasted the saltiness of crimson's hue

Dreary of the eyes

What do you call those eyes
lost in the blackness of
the world haunted by  humans ,
afraid to swallow the stars too bright .
Where the innocence hides
beneath the bruises turning to blue
and the sparkle just floats surging
with waves that never reaches the shore...

The runaway girl

Out of the million stories
I heard one
Of a girl running
All over the world
Through the solemn storms
Through the unchained winds
In her only pair of shoes

Ran past the closed doors
The windows that never smiled
The curtains over the wounds
Under the greyish sky

Across ,
the letter box covered in snow
The chimney's smoke
The roads that never lit
The crowd's wit

It's one or two she never knew
Just ran with the wind that blew
Leaving behind the girl crying
On some Street in summer time
The lady who clumsily ran into
After a drink or two
And some one staring out of
A dusty  glass pane
Counting stars in vain

She ran umpteenth miles away
From the clouds covering her town
Away at the world's end where
The sun was rising up again
After the rain of a million days

Only if you could...

Only if you could talk to me
About the world in frames
For the some I have travelled
And you have been with me
Under the shadows and scorching heat
Into the rain and crushing the snow crisp

Only if you could talk to me
About gazing the sea under shade of tree
While I soaked my feet on the sand beneath
And you lay lazily next to me

Only if you could talk to me
About running in the grasses of land
Across the country road side
While traveling east

Only if you could talk to me
About nights under the sky
As I hum in the star light
And you stay up with me all night

Only if you could talk to me
About stumbling on the rocks in way
Hurting you hard and laughing as I fall
Still you stay strong as I brush the dirt off

Only if you could talk to me
About the world we haven't seen
telling me to unravel the map forseen
And you will take care of me

A walk on clouds

Let's scroll down and stumble upon

the strings of cloud spread all around
generating tunes with each step unsaid
only the rising eyes  let speak

Let's walk through the creases of clouds

lined up above each other
peeking our big head first
then struggle with our hand
and jump all at once
on clouds waiting for us

Step by step let's  put our toes first

and fall on our heels at once
Let's walk towards the burning ball
till  the warmth is enough

Let's  sit where the clouds end

watching the sun sink
while I rest my head upon your arms
And let the time pass by ..

Pages

Will the remnants of my pages
Stay in the air of whirling winds
Brushing over the grave I lay in

Will the yellow pages walk afresh
In the streets of the world I never knew
Wandering into the playful grooves
While I ll be sleeping  in my den

Will the words I never spoke
Fly out of the pages turning old
To swim in serenity with the river flow
And reach across banks i didn't see
After my scent is no more to smell

Will the remnants of my pages
Stay in the air of whirling winds
Brushing over the grave I lay in
